
Fascia Flossing was developed and copyrighted by Bonnie Crotzer, a former professional ballerina, in NYC. Stephanie has been studying and becoming certified in the method since 2023.
Fascia is connective tissue and the webbing of our body. In fact, we have been taught that muscles and bones hold us up; but actually if it wasn't for the fascia's suspension and tension web, all of our parts would slosh the floor, leaving only our internal matrix of fascia.
Fascia Flossing is a workout and a massage all in one. It works with active resistance, and then elongation, to get into the belly of the tissue. It is incredibly effective in regaining fluidity and ease of everyday movement.
Props required- 2 yoga blocks. Bring your own or use ones at the Movement Lab.
