Mindful Movement is a gentle yoga class that incorporates dynamic movements and breath to warm up your joints and nourish the body. Expect body and mind check-ins combined with lighthearted movements to "get the wiggles out". Class is bookended with restorative postures to calm the nervous system and help students de-stress.
