Dynamic Flow Yoga

This dynamic yoga class connects movement with breath, and builds heat, strength, and flexibility through flowing sequences, with options for all levels. Each particular class has a focus, but every class will include twists, side bends, hip openers, backbends, inversions, and finally, rest. Incorporating moments of levity and play, the class will help you bring breath, movement, and awareness into the entire body through intelligent, creative sequencing.
